Yes. The scope of work and study methodology are tailored to the organization's size, operational complexity, stakeholder landscape, data availability, and industry characteristics, ensuring that the final strategy is realistic and actionable.

The consulting hours presented represent an initial estimate of the service. Depending on the size or complexity of the organization, additional effort may be required in certain phases to ensure accurate outputs and a practical, achievable strategy, rather than limiting the project to a fixed scope that may not reflect the organization's actual needs.

It is not necessary for all data to be available from the outset. We begin by identifying the information that is currently available, assessing any gaps, and determining the most appropriate methods for collecting additional information based on the nature of the strategy.

Depending on the requirements, this may include interviews, surveys, workshops, focus groups, document reviews, analysis of available data, and stakeholder input to develop a more comprehensive understanding of the current situation.

We aim to keep the organization's involvement focused on activities that require internal knowledge or decision-making, without creating unnecessary operational burdens.

Participation may include providing documents and data, attending interviews and workshops, validating selected findings, and reviewing deliverables at key stages of the project.

The level of involvement varies according to the organization's size, complexity, scope of work, and number of stakeholders, and is planned in advance to balance project requirements with day-to-day operations.

We do not rely on a single source of information or individual perspectives. The strategy is developed through the integration and analysis of multiple sources, including available data and documentation, stakeholder input, interviews, surveys, workshops, performance analysis, internal and external environment assessments, and benchmarking.

We do not view recommendations in isolation from the organization’s ability to implement them. Strategic directions, objectives, and proposed initiatives are aligned with the organization's realities, capabilities, resources, priorities, organizational structure, systems, processes, maturity level, and existing constraints.

When moving into implementation planning, strategic directions are translated into initiatives, projects, priorities, responsibilities, performance indicators, requirements, resources, and timelines, helping transform the strategy from a theoretical document into a practical roadmap that can be executed and monitored.

Following the development of the strategic plan, the organization may benefit from our Performance Evaluation service during the implementation period to monitor progress toward objectives and assess the performance of strategic indicators and initiatives.

Based on the evaluation results, gaps, challenges, and improvement opportunities can be identified. Where necessary, recommendations may be provided to refine indicators, initiatives, targets, or other components of the strategy, and the relevant elements may be updated to reflect actual performance and organizational changes.
