Job Purpose
To support the development of economic studies, feasibility analyses, financial modeling, and strategic insights that guide client decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze economic, financial, and market data from credible sources.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, forecasting, and sensitivity scenarios.
- Contribute to feasibility studies (market, operational, financial) and build basic financial models.
- Prepare executive summaries, research reports, and presentations.
- Track economic indicators and assess their implications on sectors and clients.
- Collaborate with strategy and design teams to produce high‑quality deliverables.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s in Economics, Econometrics, Finance, or Business. Master’s is a plus.
- Experience: 0–2 years (fresh graduates with solid internships/projects are welcome).
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel (Pivot, Lookup, basic modeling). Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
- Tools: Basic knowledge of SPSS, STATA, or EViews is a plus.
- Skills: Critical thinking, accuracy, time management, teamwork, communication.
- Language: Good Arabic and English.
Administrative Assistant
Job Purpose
To support daily office operations, coordinate schedules and communication, and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and internal/external meetings.
- Organize correspondence (emails, calls, follow‑ups) and prepare meeting minutes.
- Maintain filing systems, documents, and cloud archives.
- Support preparation of presentations, invoices, and internal forms.
- Coordinate with departments, vendors, and clients on administrative matters.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Management, or Office Administration.
- Experience: 1–3 years in administrative/office roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Design brand elements, marketing materials, company profiles, and social media posts.
- Create digital and print-ready designs (brochures, banners, templates).
- Support recruitment and corporate communications with branded content.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
- Coordinate with business development and content teams.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Graphic Design.
- Experience: 2–4 years in branding and marketing design.
- Tools: Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); basic motion design is a plus.

Governance Specialist
Job Purpose
To develop governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and compliance structures aligned with best practices to enhance transparency, decision‑making, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update governance frameworks (policies, authority matrices, committees).
- Conduct compliance assessments and identify gaps in governance structures.
- Prepare policies, SOPs, charters, and KPIs for governance.
- Deliver workshops and awareness sessions.
- Coordinate with regulatory/legal teams when needed.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Law, Finance, Public Administration, or Governance.
- Certifications: GRCO , GRCP
- Experience: 1–3 years in governance, compliance, risk management, or auditing.
- Knowledge: Local regulations + international best practices (OECD, COSO, etc.).
- Skills: Policy writing, gap analysis, reporting, facilitation, critical thinking.

- Contribute to HR policy development and work environment improvement.
- Support recruitment, performance evaluation, and career development processes.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in HR, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of HR systems, job evaluation, and compensation frameworks.
